Viktor Dultsev is a young Ukrainian singer and a charismatic artist.

Took part in the 3rd and 8th seasons of the Ukrainian X-factor.

Graduated from Kyiv National Academy of Culture and Arts Management. Theater, film, and show program director.

He grew up in a large family, where his mother and grandmother, teachers of music and singing, instilled the boy with a love for art and a desire to conquer big and small stages. He sings, filling up the space around him with his positive energy and love.

Viktor completed a course of the founder of the school, Kateryna Maksymova, for teaching vocal “Wings for the Voice.”

He has been teaching pop vocals for over three years.

Viktor can easily find an approach to the sound of different voices in both – adults and children.
